"FINDING YOUR WAY" WORKSHOP

Nurturing Guided Practices to Deepen Self-Awareness & Self-Care

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15TH (2:30-5:30)
Finding Your Way is a nurturing afternoon workshop created to support grounding, self-awareness, self-care and sustainable energy during a time of strong, active (yang) influence. This experience offers space to slow down, reconnect, and learn practical ways to stay calm, nourished, and aligned — without pushing or overdoing.

The workshop is guided by four trusted WCN wellness professionals, each guiding a supportive element of the experience.
HERE'S HOW YOU'LL BE GUIDED THROUGH OUR TIME TOGETHER:
Welcome & Sacred Space

We begin by gently arriving — using grounding and energy-alignment practices to help you settle, feel present, and transition out of the busyness of the day. This segment introduces simple, supportive rituals you can return to when life feels demanding.

Knowing Yourself Through Your Birth Chart - Understanding how you’re wired to move through life

We’ll explore your personal Mars placement and what it reveals about how you naturally take action, respond to pressure, protect your energy and how that's relevant today with the energy we are currently navigating through. These insights offers a compassionate way to understand yourself better and work with your own rhythm, honouring this aspect of yourself. (to receive your personal birth chart, you’re invited to complete the form below)

Facilitated by Deborah Kolody – Visions in the Woods

Nourishing the Body for Sustained EnergySupporting yourself through challenging times

This segment focuses on gentle, practical ways to nourish the body so energy can be sustained over time. You’ll learn supportive approaches that help steady the nervous system and reduce depletion during periods of stress or change and the various stages of our lives.

Facilitated by Tina Haller - ReNew You Coaching

Returning to CalmBreathwork & Meditation

Through guided breathwork and meditation, you’ll be supported in returning to a calm, regulated state, helping the nervous system settle and the mind soften. These practices offer simple, accessible tools you can return to anytime — to reset, ground, and reconnect with yourself during moments of stress, overwhelm, or transition. Over time, they can support greater emotional balance, clarity, and a deeper sense of inner tranquility.

Facilitated by Annalee Weston – Naturally Weston

Gentle Self-Care & Lymphatic Support - Learning simple ways to support the body’s natural flow

This segment introduces gentle self-massage and lymphatic practices that support regular, healthy lymphatic flow. You’ll learn about the Big 6 lymphatic areas and why keeping lymph moving is essential for overall wellbeing, energy, and natural detox processes. These nurturing practices help the body soften, release tension, and integrate the day’s experiences while supporting grounded calm.

Facilitated by Martyna Cyrus - Demiour

Cacao Ceremony & Closing Integration A moment to pause, reflect, and complete the experience

We close with a cacao ceremony designed to gently integrate what’s been explored throughout the afternoon. This quiet, intentional ritual offers space for reflection, connection, and inner settling, allowing insights to land with ease and care.
