Whether you're drawn to assist at events, support behind the scenes, or offer a unique skill, volunteering is a meaningful way to grow within the WCN community. When you volunteer at one of our events here are some of the benefits you'll receive:
- You get a 4 foot table space at the event to promote your Business or upcoming Events
- We give you a shout out at the event
- And we Include you in our after event Newsletter, thanking you for your contributions
Here are the Opportunities we have available that you are welcome to sign up for:
- Greeters - Welcome our attendees warmly and introduce them to others if they are new. It's so important to us that everyone feels welcome.
- Photo Takers - We love to have photos of all our attendees to help promote you on our Social Pages. So we need someone to make sure everyone's photo is taken and to remind us to take a group shot at the end!
- Meditations - Generally we have opening & closing Meditations at our events and invite our members to share them with our attendees. Judy helps you by providing you with a little guidance to the theme or energy around the events.
- Registration Table at the Events - We like to have one person at the Registration Table, checking everyone in and giving out the attendee lanyards, as well as gathering them up at the end. The person on registration is required to come for about 30 minutes prior to the event beginning. (around 11am, sometimes early to help with table setup, depending on the event)
We aim to give all our members that express interest an opportunity to do so!
