About Me
“We don’t see the world as it is, we see it as we are.” When life isn’t what we want, change begins within. Twenty six years ago this insight led me to found Inside Out. I have explored many tools, a few truly transformative. 

Located in Newmarket, I support clients when something isn’t working, whether in relationships, overwhelm, or unexplained physical symptoms. The answers lie within. I offer a safe space to explore, heal, and restore clarity, well being, and empowerment.
