for Our Upcoming Wellness eMagazine


Hello WCN Members,
We’re excited to begin preparing for our next step...Our Next edition is evolving from guide to a Seasonal eMagazine:

Living in Full Bloom 
Gentle ways of nourishing your energy as you grow.

This expansion now includes two NEW opportunities for you! We've adding articles written by you, for our wellness seekers and a page called "Words & Books That Inspire Us". 

This evolving edition, features insights, practices, recipes and guidance shared by members of our community to support wellbeing during the fullness of the summer season.

We are inviting members to contribute short articles that align with themes as well as a favorite quote & book.

SUBMIT CONTENT FOR THE UNFOLDING EMAGAZINE
The Unfolding has been created with specific themes and categories, while being open to ideas and suggestions from the wellness community. We welcome our Members to submit proposals to be considered for each of the Seasonal Editions. The frequency at which you're articles will be published depends on the number of current Members and the type of membership you have. 

ARTICLES
A Variety of Articles Will be Selected for Inclusion of Each Edition 
Here are a few themes to help guide submissions, while still leaving room for ideas that align with the overall theme:

1. Living in Harmony
Creating supportive home and lifestyle environments through organizing, simplifying routines, and cultivating spaces that encourage calm.

2. Caring for the Body
Movement, massage, lymphatic care, and other practices that help maintain physical comfort, mobility, and overall wellbeing.

3. Personal Growth and Reflection
Insights that encourage self-awareness, reflection, and gentle personal growth through supportive practices or perspectives.

4. Emotional or Energetic Balance
Practices that help regulate stress, ground energy, and support emotional or energetic balance during active seasons.

5. Seasonal Nourishment
Supporting the body through seasonal foods, hydration, herbs, and simple nourishment practices that sustain energy through summer. 

6. Wait... You Do What?
A closer look at unique wellness modalities that invite curiosity, self-discovery, and new ways of seeing ourselves. This is an opportunity for you to educate about your core modalities.

OTHER WAYS TO CONTRIBUTE:
Recipes From Our Kitchens to Yours:
Share Your Favorite Recipes to help nourish and educate our readers. We would love if your recipes reflect the season of each issue.

Natural DIY Recipes or How to Guides:
Provide DIY'S or How to's that are useful, fun and creative that has a wellness thread running through them.

"Words & Books That Inspire Us":
You will also have the option of contributing to our "Words & Books That Inspire Us" Page. We invite all our members to submit one of their favorite...

Member Events!
Beginning in our Fall Issue, Taking Root we are happy to announce that we will have a "Members Events" Section.
Stay tuned, we will announce when the details have been added to the submission form.

If you do not have images, consider sharing the feeling, mood, or type of imagery that would best reflect your article, and we will do our best to find suitable images to match. Please do not include logos or headshots — images should support the theme and message of your article.

Favorite Book Recommendation: If you have a favorite summer recipe you would like to share, please send a Word Doc to Deborah at thewellcommnetwork@gmail.com (with your article if you are writing one).
