How do I apply to be a vendor at The Well-Comm Network Community Wellness Expo?
You can apply to be a vendor by completing the application form below. All wellness providers are required to submit an application. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and next steps to participate in the event.

We thoughtfully curate our vendors to create a meaningful, balanced, and supportive experience for all. Limited vendor spaces available.

All-Access Members: Space included in membership, but still must submit application.

We Have an Activities Room that holds 20 People and have room for (9) 30 Minute Time Slots - do you have an experience to share that you like to be considered for one of the spots?

The First 50 Attendees to Register for the Expo will Receive a Gratitude Gift. Do You have Items to add to this or Door Prizes?

You Must Provide Your Own Table for you 8ft Vendor Space.
