How do I apply to be a vendor at The Well-Comm Network Community Wellness Expo?
You can apply to be a vendor by completing the application form below. All wellness providers are required to submit an application. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and next steps to participate in the event.
We thoughtfully curate our vendors to create a meaningful, balanced, and supportive experience for all.Limited vendor spaces available.

VENDOR SPACES AVAILABLE: Take advantage of our Introductory & Early Bird Rates:
4ft x 5ft Space (standard) Members: (must bring your own 4ft table - chairs are provided)
Core Members & additional 4ft space: $50 ($75 after Oct 14th)
All-Access Members: 4ft Space included in membership, but still must submit application form below. Additional 4ft space $50
+Additional 4ft Spaces Available Members:
Early Bird Price Members - $50 per 4ft section.
After October 14th Members - $75 per 4ft section
Guest Pricing (4ft x 5ft Space)
Early Bird Price for Guests $75 per 4ft space
After October 14th $95 per 4ft space
*Please note, to maintain a diverse and well-balanced experience, we feature one vendor per company/brand.

All Vendor Must Submit a Vendor's Insurance Certificate with $1,000,000 coverage.
